Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers neat and clean rooms, although slightly chilly with mist on the mirror and windows, and cold radiator, but overall nice. The service was warm and welcoming, making us feel like family members. The location, while away from the lake, is conveniently situated in Srinagar at an affordable price. The dining experience was good in a residential area under the MAP plan, but with no room views. The hotel provided a good stay experience at a great value.
The hotel offers very good rooms with spacious and extremely neat bathrooms, but some minor issues like chilly mist on mirrors and slightly damp beds. The service is exceptional with cooperative and informative staff. The location is a bit remote but near Sringar, providing a good overall experience. The dining options may be limited, but the housekeeping staff is always ready to serve. Recommended for a comfortable stay.
I had a good experience at The Kaisar hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but some face the noisy street, while others lack privacy due to adjacent houses. The service was top-notch with MR Rashid and the staff being very helpful, courteous, and professional. The location in Jawahar Nagar, adjacent to Rajbagh, compensates for some negative aspects. The dining options were disappointing with very limited choices, but the housekeeping staff were always ready to serve. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers neat and tidy rooms that are super cosy and very clean, although some minor issues like chilly temperatures were noted. The service provided was well-mannered, with staff treating guests like family members. The location, while away from the busy city center, was rated positively for being adjacent to Rajbagh. The dining experience had limited choices and basic offerings, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at The Kaisar was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and offered 24-hour hot water, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm. The service from the hotel owner and staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us during a challenging time. The location, while not exciting and a bit far from Dal lake, was conveniently situated in a local market area adjacent to Rajbagh. The dining options were limited, and the buffet system left much to be desired, but the housekeeping staff were always ready to serve. Overall, a good experience with some drawbacks.
