The hotel offers neat and clean rooms, although slightly chilly with mist on the mirror and windows, and cold radiator, but overall nice. The service was warm and welcoming, making us feel like family members. The location, while away from the lake, is conveniently situated in Srinagar at an affordable price. The dining experience was good in a residential area under the MAP plan, but with no room views. The hotel provided a good stay experience at a great value.
